Technocrete was chosen to perform the structural strengthening and concrete repair of the Valenzuela Multi-Purpose Hall and Day Care Center located in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. There were numerous cracks found on the slab and spalling on the ceiling that needs immediate repair considering the safety of the students and teachers as well.
Project included crack injection, concrete spalling repair and application of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) fabric.
