Tokyu Bridge was the 2nd Longest Bridge (160m) in Catanduanes and was undergone on repair and maintenance due to cracks manifestation on top and bottom of bridge deck slab and to ensure and reliable national road system bridge program by DPWH.
Technocrete was chosen to do the structural strengthening of the bridge primarily to apply carbon fiber on bottom of bridge deck slab and apply epoxy injection on top of bridge deck.
